★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È inconcepibile come in questo periodo dove le fragole fanno da padrona, mangiare una torta esteticamente molto bella e trovarle congelate al suo interno. Esperienza non del tutto positiva, spero in un miglioramento della qualità.

Torta molto bella da vedere ma che no ha rispettato i canoni richiesti.
Fragole a pezzi surgelate invece delle fragoline di bosco richieste.
Bagna del pan di spagna scarsa.
Peccato perche` nel complesso il sapore non era male, ma con l'aumento dei prezzi degli ultimi anni è una cosa da non trascurare.
Pessima figura con gli invitati per una cerimonia importante.
