★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious Croissants! lovely Staff very friendly and quick cappuccino is ok if I may suggest make the coffee a little stronger and HOT next time. There's a parking for your car too it can be full sometimes but you can park at the opposite you just have to cross the road. So well done guys team Toffy! Keep it up

Ordered a double espresso with hot water on the side, got a double macchiato with soy milk. Re ordered a double espresso and the waitress made pretty clear how annoyed she was by the fact I didn't want the mistaken order. Also ordered a glass of water, got offered a plastic bottled water which I refused and specifically asked for any water not coming from plastic, even tap water would have been ok. Waitress returns with a plastic bottle of water which I obviously refuse and kindly ask again for any water not coming from plastic.
My friend ordered a cappuccino which had no froth/crema at all, in fact it was a flat white, made with extremely hot milk (burnt). The croissant was ok, nothing exceptional and a bit too buttery.
Overall experience was disappointing, customer's needs are clearly not a priority.
