I pasticcini mignon della Pasticceria Stefano sono superlativi e la crema pasticcera con cui riempiono i cannellini e farciscono le torte è la migliore che abbia mai assaggiato. Non ci sono parole per descrivere la bellezza e la bontà delle torte con cui ho festeggiato i compleanni dei miei figli. Sono un affezionato cliente da anni e tutte le settimane vado a comprare una torta Boiardo per la colazione mia e di mia moglie che non vuole nient'altro che questa inimitabile torta anche per la merenda. Complimenti vivissimi... Continuate così perché siete una mia necessità! P. S. Non so come farò durante l'estate quando sarete chiusi. Giovanni Baschieri By far the best pastry in the area. The mignon pastries from Pasticceria Stefano are superlative and the custard with which they fill the cannellini beans and fill the cakes is the best I've ever tasted. There are no words to describe the beauty and goodness of the cakes with which I celebrated my children's birthdays. I have been a loyal customer for years and every week I go to buy a Boiardo cake for my wife and my breakfast, who wants nothing more than this inimitable cake also for a snack. L	Laura Paterlini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ questa volta sono molto delusa perché ho prenotato due torte per la festa compleanno delle mie figlie , una per il 18 e una per il 19 maggio , la prima torta che preso quella con i riccioli di cioccolato sopra era molto cattiva , non era avariata ma la sensazione era quella di mangiare plastica era insapore col semifreddo lucido , finto anche i riccioli di cioccolato sopra sapevano di vecchio. e l'ho pagata ben 38€ il giorno dopo ho riferito le mie sensazioni alla signora ma la reazione è stata di incredulità e menefreghismo . non potevo non prendere la seconda torta prenotata ,per correttezza avendola prenotata, quella era buona ,ma dovreste capire che le persone spendono tanti soldi ad acquistare le vostre torte e so perfettamente che l'errore è umano ma non ci si comporta così . io ho dovuto buttare via tutta la torta nessuno degli invitati è riuscito a mangiarla , almeno potevate scusarvi o farmi un po' di sconto sulla seconda torta . su 53€ della seconda torta ,dopo che vi ho detto che l'ho dovuta buttare via , neanche 1€di sconto. non ci tornerò più this time I am very disappointed because I booked two cakes for my daughters birthday party, one for the 18th and one for the 19th of May, the first cake I took the one with the chocolate curls on it was very bad, it was not spoiled but the the feeling was that of eating plastic it was tasteless with a shiny semifreddo, even the chocolate curls on top smelled old. and I paid well € 38 the next day I reported my feelings to the lady but the reaction was of disbelief and indifference. I couldn't help but get the second cake booked, to be fair, having booked it, that was good, but you should understand that people spend a lot of money buying your cakes and I know perfectly well that the mistake is human but it doesn't behave like that. I had to throw all the cake away none of the guests managed to eat it, at least you could apologize or give me a discount on the second cake. on € 53 of the second cake, after I told you that I had to throw it away, not even € 1 discount. I will never go back

Non è un bel modo di servire i clienti sopratutto la domenica, motivo per cui non metterò più piedi in questa pasticceria. I went to this bakery for the third time and for 3 times the scene is the same: A lady (evidently “tired” or stressed from working) serving you with an attitude between rude and angry. It is not a nice way to serve customers especially on Sundays, which is why I will never set foot in this bakery again.

Sabato mi sono trovato davanti a strafottenza e arroganza da parte della signora che serviva. Rispondeva male, mi ha bisbigliato qualcosa sottovoce e ha sbattuto il pos e il bancomat su bancone. Non penso sia il giusto approccio verso la clientela, un vero peccato perchè, a mio gusto, ha anche delle cose buone. Mi sono ripromesso di non metterci mai più piede.
