Senza alcun preavviso al momento del ritiro mi accorgo che la torta è tonda, con decorazioni da femminuccia e foto talmente scura da non essere quasi riconoscibile. Ció nonostante non è stato accettato alcuno sconto. Inoltre la qualità era davvero lontana da quella che ci si aspetta da una pasticceria. Assolutamente sconsigliato. Ordered a cake for a boy's birthday explicitly asking for rectangular shape and photo to be applied. Without any warning at the time of the withdrawal I realize that the cake is round, with decorations like a sissy and a picture so dark as to be hardly recognizable. However, no discount has been accepted. In addition, the quality was really far from what is expected from a bakery. Absolutely discouraged.

Insieme a tre amici abbiamo ordinato dei pasticcini più una bevanda, inizialmente la cameriera ha fatto il conto di 10€ e ci viene consigliato di pagare dopo aver consumato. Alla fine però, anche se la cameriera che ci ha fatto il conto comunica al suo responsabile il conto di 10€ lui ritiene che dobbiamo pagare 15€.. per non menzionare che non ha fatto nemmeno lo scontrino.. Senza fare storie e per non essere sgarbati abbiamo pagato! Comunque ha decisamente perso 4 clienti. Per il rapporto Qualità/ Prezzo - Pessimo . Lo sconsiglio anche per la mancata correttezza. Il personale e professionale , sono educati e accoglienti . È abbastanza spazioso e all’interno vi è una cosa molto originale , una piccola caverna per gustarvi un the o una cioccolata calda , e godervi il relax. La cosa bella è che fanno tutto da se, sia dolce che salato sono fatti artigianalmente da BAR CASTELLO! Complimenti merita 10+ ! ANDATECI !!!! Definitely the best PASTRY BAR in RUBIERA! I recommend this place, to have a good breakfast, and also very clean and tidy. The staff and professional, are polite and welcoming. It is quite spacious and inside there is a very original thing, a small cave to enjoy a tea or a hot chocolate, and enjoy relaxation. The nice thing is that they do everything by themselves, both sweet and savory, they are handcrafted by BAR CASTELLO! Congratulations deserves 10+! GO THERE !!!!

Il cibo incluso per 4 aperitivi consiste in microvaschetta di patatine, sei pezzettini di pizza secca e tre pezzetti di brioche salata che non è stata venduta alla mattina. Consigliato se tutti gli altri posti sono pieni e state morendo di sete The advantage is that it is empty, the reason being that the fantastic aperitif costs a fixed 8 euros even if you take a cranberry juice. The food included for 4 aperitifs consists of a micro-bag of chips, six pieces of dry pizza and three pieces of salty brioche that was not sold in the morning. I ragazzi che ci hanno servito sono svegli e professionali. Ci sono alcuni tavoli all'interno e parecchi all'esterno. Una buona scelta anche di vini. A nice bar located on the side of Rubiera's castle (that's what it's called). Small but with a very rich showcase especially in pastries and pastries. The guys who served us are smart and professional. There are a few tables inside and several outside. A good choice of wines too.
