nice place but you don't understand why more expensive than the others. not recommended bread and brioche ... not up to the price. nice staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peccato che in cosi poco tempo questo bar/pasticceria abbia avuto un declino così importante, oltre alla non professionalità di alcune dipendenti, anche i prodotti offerti non sono all’altezza....Brioche alla 9:00 del mattino vecchie del giorno prima, pane con prezzi sproporzionati e caffe al limite della decenza..secondo me i proprietari non si rendono conto che i clienti dopo un po si stufano e cambiano bar...a Spilimbergo i bar non mancano e tutti sono migliori di questo...potrei raccontare parecchi episodi non belli ma voglio limitarmi..
Too bad that in such a short time this bar / pastry shop has had such an important decline, in addition to the unprofessionalism of some employees, even the products offered are not up to par ... Brioche at 9:00 am old the day before, bread with disproportionate prices and coffee at the limit of decency ... in my opinion the owners do not realize that customers get bored after a while and change bars ... in Spilimbergo there is no shortage of bars and all are better than this ... I could tell several bad episodes but I want to limit myself ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiedo una spremuta su due bicchieri, mi vengono addebitate due spremute senza spiegazioni , quando chiedo ragguagli vengo trattata con disprezzo, invitata ad andarmene per non fare "casini" e mi restituiti i soldi indietro come se fossi pezzente. Era meglio chiedermi scusa senza tante storie. Posto bello ma sicuramente da non tornarci mai più e non consigliare a nessuno un trattamento del genere. E pieno il mondo di pasticcerie e sicuramente che meritano di più perché sono cordiali ed educati con la clientela.
I ask for a squeeze on two glasses, I am charged for two squeezes without explanation, when I ask for information I am treated with contempt, invited to leave so as not to "mess" and I get my money back as if I were beggar. It was better to apologize without fuss. Nice place but definitely not to go back and not recommend such a treatment to anyone. The world of pastry shops is full and certainly they deserve more because they are friendly and polite to customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza.. ci sediamo x prendere 2 brioches con la marmellata oltre che sembrava del giorno prima la marmellata neanche c'era.. una pallina minuscola in un lato. Ordiniamo due cappucci, le chiedo se a me mette il latte freddo .. mi fa pagare il cappuccio 1,50 e 2 euro il latte freddo... non capisco la differenza... inoltre poco simpatiche con chi non è cliente fisso. Mai più !!!!!!
Bad experience .. we sit for 2 brioches with jam as well as it seemed the day before the jam was not even there .. a tiny ball on one side. We order two caps, I ask her if she puts cold milk on me .. she charges me 1.50 for the cap and 2 euros for cold milk ... I don't understand the difference ... also not very nice to those who are not regular customers. Never again !!!!!!
