★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locale fornitissimo per le colazioni o per una bevanda calda nei pomeriggi freddi. Vari tipi di cioccolata calda e varie tipologie di pasticcini e di brioches. Location centralissima con posti a sedere esterni ed all'interno. Personale simpatico ed alla mano.
Well-stocked place for breakfast or for a hot drink on cold afternoons. Various types of hot chocolate and various types of pastries and brioches. Central location with indoor and outdoor seating. Friendly and easy-going staff.

Non mi sembra onesto far pagare ai clienti gli errori del vostro personale. Perché il cappuccino doppio di soia è stato un vostro errore e non è stato bevuto!!

Quality products even if too expensive compared to the various offers available in the neighboring premises, poor service especially the brunette lady at the cash desk. Not recommended !!

Quando c'è gente i tempi di attesa per la presa dell'ordine e poi il servizio sono davvero troppo lunghi.
Consiglierei di rivedere un attimo l'organizzazione, non si può servire solo una cosa alla volta (eravamo in due) e fare attendere diversi minuti per servire quello che mancava.
Sarebbe bene che quando si inizia una comoda, la si portasse a termine prima di iniziare la comanda di un altro tavolo.
The products are good, but they are poorly organized for table service.
When there are people, the waiting times for taking the order and then the service are really too long.
I would recommend reviewing the organization for a moment, you can't only serve one thing at a time (there were two of us) and wait several minutes to serve what was missing.
It would be good that when you start a comfortable, you complete it before starting the order of another table.
