We ordered at the till which is different from ordering at a table. Which we didn't know (later saw the sign) we ordered a cannoli €2.70 and a cappuccino €1.40. Then went to find a table. There were no tables outside. So I looked for a table inside. The waiter says we cannot eat inside. I was puzzled. Then he says we can go outside. I said there's no space outside. Then he says when you purchase at the till it's different price from when you order at a table. So that makes sense. Otherwise I thought he was rude. Anyways, we ate at the side of the bar. Bar guy was kind enough to give me WiFi to post my iG. This place was recommended by the hotel staff where we stayed. 7k+ reviews. Must be good. Cannoli was nice and fresh. Just too sweet for my tastes buds. The texture is like 蛋散. Coz it was deep fried. So not a sweet I would eat regularly. Good to try it coz it's a Sicilian speciality.

Fantastic pastries from the best place on earth to eat. Cannoli and “minne di Sant’Agata”, literally “Saint Agata’s boobs” are a must. Also foreigners could try and learn how a real Italian cappuccino or coffee should be prepared and served. Good and attentive service.

One of the oldest bakery/pastry places in Catania. The cannoli are to die for. Simply delicious. You can either have them take-away or eat in. They have a nice little terrace outside the pasticceria and also serve coffee and other drinks. We grabbed a cannolo and enjoyed it in the park nearby

If you want to taste Italy in every bite of food, this place is a MUST; whether you’re looking for the original cannoli recipe or to grab an arancini and walk around the streets of Catania, as the locals would. I especially recommend the ragú arancini (perfect consistency, rice on point, sauce like cooked by la nonna) and anything that has pistachio: cookies or a cornetto. This place is an institution, so definitely worth a visit.

Arancino al ragu & cannoli with ricotta - my 2 favorites of this place. An authentic place. Clientele is s mix of Italians and tourists. I would say it a must when in Catania. Get arancino on the go for lunch or enjoy a cappuccino with cannoli for breakfast, sitting outside on the terrace.

The products are really good, but I don't think it's worth the hype. I found others with at least as good products. The location is good, the service was ok, normal prices (slightly higher if you serve inside)

It’s a popular place, so it may be a bit hectic inside. You must pay before you pick up the items at the relevant counter. The ragu arancini is fantastic though, worth the wait. We got a cannoli which was huge but tasty too - and I had a crème caffe which was in an espresso cup (perhaps I don’t know how to order) but it was very refreshing, mostly like a coffee ice cream.

This famous cafe. It looks nice but not that like what I expected, if it just the Savia style. The view outside is of course very beautiful and a stove outside for the cold weather, very considerable. Of course the coffee and orange juice were wonderful, the surface of the croissant was not so crispy and inside was just..not clearly layered. I’m of course very critical! But I stayed 7 days in Sicily, ate so many croissants and I can tell you that you can absolutely find a better on in Catania!
