Due giorni fa abbiamo ordinato un loro profiterol: aspetto incantevole, profumo paradisiaco e poi..... lo abbiamo divorato in una serata.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo sconsiglio per quanto riguarda i panettoni.
Mi è stato venduto un panettone "artigianale" ma quando è stato aperto aveva l'aria tutt'altro che artigianale e dall'etichetta lo potete ben vedere. Olio di palma, di cocco, di girasole e chi più ne ha più ne metta, solo dopo troviamo il burro, pieno di emulsionanti e conservanti, per non parlare del LIEVITO DI BIRRA. Se prendete un panettone del supermercato a 2€ ha meno ingredienti. Ad un milanese doc verrebbe un colpo. Pagato 23€ MAI più.
I do not recommend it for panettone.
I was sold an "artisanal" panettone but when it was opened it looked anything but artisanal and you can clearly see it from the label. Palm, coconut, sunflower oil and so on and so forth, only afterwards we find the butter, full of emulsifiers and preservatives, not to mention BEER'S YEAST. If you take a panettone from the supermarket for € 2 it has fewer ingredients. A true Milanese would be hit. Paid € 23 NEVER more.
