L'ho fatta assaggiare anche ai camerieri di Pizzaclub che mi hanno chiesto dove l'avessi ordinata perché era una squisitezza. Ringrazio il giovane e simpatico pasticciere Fabio per la disponibilità dimostrata nel soddisfare le mie richieste e per l'ottima professionalità dimostrata.
AMAZING Piedmont cake !!! Ordered for my birthday party, everyone loved it. I also made the Pizzaclub waiters taste it and they asked me where I ordered it because it was a delicacy. I thank the young and likeable pastry chef Fabio for his willingness to satisfy my requests and for his excellent professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se si potesse mettere un voto più basso lo farei. Qualità scarsa della materia prima, pasticcini dolcissimi oltre misura, prezzo caro (30€ al kg), mi dispiace ma non ci ritornerò.
If you could put a lower grade I would. Poor quality of the raw material, very sweet pastries beyond measure, expensive price (30 € per kg), I'm sorry but I won't go back.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent product quality; brioche, pastries and cakes are delicious and made by them. I highly recommend trying, really really satisfied!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La qualità non è neanche male ma il servizio è pessimo.Ho prenotato una torta e quando sono andata a ritirarla ho scoperto che non c’era si erano dimenticati di farla!!!a parte che hanno cercato di far ricadere la colpa su di me,in più è vero che me l’hanno fatta al volo ma non si sono neanche scusati è neanche mi ha fatto uno sconto per il disservizio.E’ proprio una di quelle pasticcerie antiche che sopravvive solo grazie alle persone anziane.Io non ci metterò mai più piede,meglio andare al Gigante
The quality is not bad either but the service is pessimo.Ho booked a cake and when I went to collect it I discovered that there was they forgot to do it !!! except that they tried to put the blame on me , plus it's true that I have done on the fly but you are not apologetic about it even made me a discount for the disservizio.E 'just one of those ancient bakeries which survives only thanks to anziane.Io people do not put never set foot, better to go to the Giant

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I miei cognati mi hanno portato una torta sacher della pasticceria Sala, ottima. Perfetto equilibrio tra il gusto del cioccolato e gusto della confettura. Dolce al punto giusto, di una consistenza e umidità perfette. Ottima anche la torta d'Avila che si presenta come nella foto. Leggerissima all'interno con una ottima e friabilissima corazza di meringa.
My brothers-in-law brought me a sacher cake from the Sala pastry shop, excellent. Perfect balance between the taste of chocolate and the taste of jam. Sweet at the right point, with a perfect consistency and humidity. The Avila cake is also excellent, which looks like in the photo. Very light inside with an excellent and very crumbly meringue shell.
