★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una Pasticceria storica operante dal 1963 è arrivata alla terza generazione. In genere gli eredi della tradizionale pasticceria frequentano scuole di alta pasticceria di Torino. Questo matrimonio tra antico e moderno è un vero trionfo di prelibatezze per il nostro palato. Tanti sono i gusti disponibili per il nostro palato sia per le paste alle crème ma anche e soprattutto per le paste secche con pasta di mandorla realizzati con infiniti sapori ed odori. Unico limite è che la pasticceria Ragone è ubicata in un piccolo comune come Tursi, ma ciò non ha impedito alla pasticceria Ragone di avere un bacino di utenza che va oltre i confini comunali offrendo ai tanti comuni limitrofi di recarsi a Tursi per degustare la magnificenza delle infinite paste che riesce ad accontentare tutti i nostri palati. Vi consiglio di andare a Tursi per degustare la squisitezza di tutta la produzione dolciaria sono sicuro che ci tornerete ancora.
A historic Pastry shop operating since 1963 has reached the third generation. Generally the heirs of the traditional confectionery attend high school pastry schools in Turin. This marriage of ancient and modern is a true triumph of delicacies for our palate. There are many flavors available for our palate for both pasta with crème but also for dried pasta with almond paste made with endless flavors and odors.
