Il profumo che si sente entrando nel punto vendita/laboratorio è per me inconfondibile; come il sapore delle loro focacce, dei dolci e, ovviamente ,del pane. Se siete in zona è obbligatorio provare i loro prodotti. Attenzione l assaggio può creare dipendenza;-) Spectacular. The rye bread for me is only that of Fior d alpe. 30 years of vacation in Bormio, 30 years of their rye bread. The perfume that you feel upon entering the store / laboratory is unmistakable to me; like the taste of their focaccia, sweets and, of course, bread. If you are in the area, you must try their products. Attention taste can be addictive ;-)

Hanno anche un piccolo frigorifero con acqua, latte, bibite e birra. The focaccias are delicious. Tasty pizza and various delicacies to take on a picnic trip. Very good rye bread. Restaurant open from 5 in the morning. They also have a small fridge with water, milk, soft drinks and beer.
