T	Toni Zuccarello on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci sono entrato per la prima volta per comprare una torta. Ho preso la Sette Veli, buonissima. Era di peso, se non ricordo male kg 1,8 ed e` costata € 32. Ci ritornero` sicuramente. I went there for the first time to buy a cake. I took the Seven Veils, very good. It was heavy, if I remember correctly 1.8 kg and it cost € 32. I will definitely return.

Per questo motivo la pasticceria perde molto del suo fascino relativo agli ottimi prodotti. Sebbene ricordassi le cosiddette "meringhette" dei mignon assolutamente divini, fatti con meringa che si scioglieva letteralmente in bocca completati da una panna sapientemente zuccherata e le stupende fragoline di bosco in cima. Ebbene oggi le ritrovo dure e troppo spesse e poco disposte a dileguarsi all'interno del nostro palato. Mi spiace ma, a Catania ci sono pasticcerie migliori con proprietari molto ben educati che rispettano il cliente in quanto riconoscenti per la scelta operata nei loro confronti. Non ritornerò piu presso la pasticceria in questione. Ho messo 3 stelline per il bel ricordo che avevo del posto in tempi non molto remoti. Tuttavia il servizio al banco nei momenti clou è ampiamente migliorabile, soprattutto per il confezionamento e pagamento, a causa del quale si creano confusione, rallentamenti e attese. Chi ha mangiato la torta Saint Honore in precedenza sa benissimo che non c’è frutta ne glassa sui bignè. Inoltre non c’era cioccolato che è uno degli ingredienti fondamentali. Do due stelle perché la qualità del prodotto e la freschezza sono buone ma non sono soddisfatta perché mi aspettavo una torta completamente diversa. Se la pasticceria ha una ricetta diversa dovrebbe specificarlo al cliente per soddisfarlo o dire che la Saint Honore non è un prodotto in vendita. Tra le torte, la millefoglie è perfetta: fragrante e con una crema impeccabile. Buonissimi anche i mignon, dove spiccano i bignè al cioccolato, i migliori che abbia mai mangiato, e le meringhe con panna e fragoline.
