Un esempio su tutti, le nucatole (rame di Napoli) sono concepite secondo la ricetta tradizionale, si percepiscono le note dei chiodi di garofano e non ammettono varianti nutella, pistacchio o altro, del resto questo dessert non è un pasticcino. Complimenti.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non la conoscevo, passando da lì mi ha incuriosito, piccola bottega con laboratorio attiguo, ha un'impronta chiaramente artigianale. Ho assaggiato il cannolo alla ricotta (con il quale testo le pasticcerie) cialda eccellente, la ricotta non troppo lavorata e decorata con granella di pistacchio, nell'insieme un ottimo cannolo.
