Ho comunque trovato buoni consigli anche se non tutti i dolci sono stati di mio gradimento, una stella in più per il locale, molto rustico e un poco "agghiacciante" il piano inferiore in cui sono andata per recarmi alla toilette. Un frammento di quello che fù l'antico castello.
Unfortunately I did not find the San Biagio dessert I was looking for because I wanted to taste a local product.
However, I found good advice even if not all the desserts were to my liking, one more star for the place, very rustic and a little "chilling" the lower floor where I went to go to the toilet. A fragment of what was the ancient castle.

Buono il caffè, Parolini prepara una colazione con brioche calde e appena sfornate leggere e arricchite da cappuccini schiumosi. Non mancano torte, gelati e vari tipi di pasticcini. Locale spartano ma molto accogliente, personale cordiale e gentile.IA pasticceria collabora e organizza con l'amministrazione comunale la festa del paese con la preparazione di una grande torta che viene offerta a pezzi gratuitamente per la festa di San Biagio il 3 Febbraio (3 metri di diametro, 100 kg di mandorle e più di mille uova).
Excellent pastry shop in the hilltop village of Cavriana, a nice place full of charm. Good coffee, Parolini prepares a breakfast with warm and freshly baked croissants, light and enriched with frothy cappuccinos. There is no shortage of cakes, ice cream and various types of pastries. Spartan but very welcoming place, friendly and kind staff. The pastry shop collaborates and organizes with the municipal administration the village festival with the preparation of a large cake that is offered in pieces for free for the feast of San Biagio on February 3 (3 meters in diameter, 100 kg of almonds and more than a thousand eggs).

L'ambiente rustico, grande, carino.
Solo un bagno aperto a piano terra, si scende con l'ascensore: se sbagli il bottone si spegne la luce e rimani dentro...
Once I came on purpose to eat in this pastry shop ... the last time was disappointment: the desserts are made of margarine, some stuff that mixes the mouth? ...
The rustic, large, nice environment.
Only an open bathroom on the ground floor, you go down with the elevator: if you make a mistake, the button turns off the light and you stay inside ...
