Pasticceria storica di Sistiana, vi consiglio di fermarvi x gustare le Carsoline (tipiche paste creme giganti del Carso triestino) di ottima qualità....senza nulla togliere al pane e a tutti i salati, dalla pizza alle focacce e grissini, a vostra disposizione.
Historic pastry shop in Sistiana, I advise you to stop x taste the Carsoline (typical giant cream pastries of the Trieste Karst) of excellent quality .... without taking anything away from the bread and all savory items, from pizza to focaccia and breadsticks, at your disposal.

Wir haben uns hier unser Frühstück geholt, es gibt keine belegten Brötchen etc. dafür aber sehr leckere Backwaren und süßes. Die Torten konnten wir nicht probieren, diese sahen aber herrlich aus. Unsere Back- und Teigwaren waren lecker und waren frisch. Die Bedingung konnte kein gutes Englisch, war aber sehr bemüht und freundlich.... und geduldig mit uns.
We got our breakfast here, there are no sandwiches etc. but very tasty baked goods and sweets. We couldn't try the cakes, but they looked wonderful. Our baked goods and pasta were tasty and fresh. The condition could not speak good English, but was very helpful and friendly .... and patient with us.

Due giorni fa ho comprato pane e carsoline. Il pane era duro e si sbriciolava. Le carsoline sapevano solo di zucchero. Una delusione totale.
Two days ago I bought bread and carsoline. The bread was hard and crumbled. The carsoline tasted only of sugar. A total disappointment.

Negozio storico artigianale di pane e dolci a conduzione familiare. Ottime paste e buona scelta di biscottini. Vale la pena assaggiare i burek (rotolo salato di origine balcanica) ai vari gusti ed i grissini. Ottime le torte e ben decorate. Prezzi nella media e la proprietaria molto gentile e servizievole che talvolta offre piccoli omaggi.
Family-run historic artisan bread and desserts shop. Great pastries and good choice of biscuits. It is worth tasting the burek (salty roll of Balkan origin) with various flavors and breadsticks. Excellent cakes and well decorated. Average prices and the very kind and helpful owner who sometimes offers small gifts.

Abito qui, quindi vado spesso in questa panetteria. Molte volte la signora mi ha seccata con varie domande solamente per farsi gli affari miei ma questa volta dopo che ho comprato una cocacola, 3 pezzi pane e un minuscolo cestino ( neanche avessi comprato una torta enorme ) si permette di dirmi queste testuali parole "Non dovresti mangiare cosi tanti dolci" " È perchè sei golosa" " Sei golosa? " io mi sono presa e me ne sono andata. Ma come si permette.
I live here, so I often go to this bakery. Many times the lady annoyed me with various questions just to mind my own business but this time after I bought a cocacola, 3 pieces of bread and a tiny basket (I hadn't even bought a huge cake) she allows me to say these exact words "Don't you should eat so many sweets "" Is it because you are greedy "" Are you greedy? "I took it and I left. But how dare you.

Ci sono molte varietà di pane ; personalmente quelle che mi piacciono di più sono la " ciabatta" , il " bruco" e il " macinato pietra ", non sono un amante di dolci per cui non ho titolo per esprimermi sulla sezione pasticceria. Il panificio/pasticceria è aperto anche la Domenica mattina .
There are many varieties of bread; personally the ones I like the most are the "ciabatta", the "caterpillar" and the "ground stone", I'm not a lover of sweets so I don't have the right to express myself on the pastry section. The bakery / pastry shop is also open on Sunday morning.

My favorite bakery ever, literally the best homemade pastries you’ll ever have and the sweetest staff. Definitely go give it a visit if you’re in the area.

Great traditional local sweets made by the dedicated, kind staff. The ghibaniza and the crema carsolina are a must try.
