A	Antonio Musella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho sbagliato a mettere le tre stelle dovevo metterne 5 in merito alla mala educazione ricevuta telefonicamente e solo per chiedere spiegazioni sulla torta consegnatami di colore diverso da quella ordinata anzi la risposta ricevuta aveva il sapore di intimidazione non mi era permesso chiedere spiegazioni anche dopo essermi volto con la dovuta gentilezza. Abbiamo ordinato una torta per il compleanno e abbiamo scoperto solo all'ora concordata per il ritiro che il locale era chiuso per covid da qualche giorno prima. Nessuna chiamata e soprattutto nessune scuse quando abbiamo fatto il reclamo dopo aver scoperto per caso l'annuncio di chiusura sui social..cioè dico è vero che in un'epoca social tutti abbiamo un account, ma c'è anche chi è poco interessato al mondo digitale e preferisce quello reale e non per questo deve necessariamente rimanere indietro. Era loro obbligo chiamare e avvisare nonostante avessero il numero e alcune cose le avevamo concordate da WhatsApp, quindi potevano facilmente avvertirci! Ovviamente non hanno risposto nemmeno alle telefonate dopo la triste scoperta di essere rimasti senza torta del primo compleanno di mia figlia! A mai più,anzi a prestissimo, avete il mio acconto da restituire. Vergognatevi! If I could give 0 it would be even better! Ho trovato una buona qualità delle materie prime costi equiparati rispetto agli altri presenti in zona, sinceramente abbiamo apprezzato anche la calorosa accoglienza con degustazione a nostra scelta .Siamo rimasti soddisfatti.
