★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il giorno mercoledì 25 novembre 2020 per il mio compleanno ho prenotato e acquistato una torta specificando il gusto: cioccolato e caramello ma al taglio della torta il gusto era panna,cioccolato e BANANA !!
Mi hanno rovinato il compleanno avevo anticipato a tutti il buonissimo gusto ma abbiamo avuto una brutta sorpresa! Tra l 'altro un grande spreco perché È stata assaggiata e BUTTATA da tutti.. che peccato!
Il giorno dopo torno alla pasticceria e faccio presente l'accaduto e non hanno fatto nulla più di dire che "si saranno confusi". Da persona corretta ritiro anche un altra torta ordinara per oggi e mi richiedono i soldi.
Non sono i soldi il problema perché pago , ringrazio e vado via, ma andava fatto almeno un gesto dalla pasticceria.
NON METTERÒ MAI PIÙ PIEDE QUI E NON LA CONSIGLIERÒ PIÙ A NESSUNO.
MANCANZA DI SERIETÀ,AFFIDABILITA, UMANITÀ E CORRETEZZA VERSO I CLIENTI!

On Wednesday 25 November 2020 for my birthday I booked and purchased a cake specifying the taste: chocolate and caramel but when the cake was cut the taste was cream, chocolate and BANANA !!
They ruined my birthday I had anticipated the delicious taste to everyone but we had a nasty surprise! Among other things, a great waste because it was tasted and thrown by everyone .. what a pity!
The next day I go back to the pastry shop and I report what happened and they have done nothing more than say that "they will be confused". As a correct person I also take another ordinary cake for today and they ask me for the money.
Money is not the problem because I pay, thank you and leave, but at least one gesture had to be made from the pastry shop.
I WILL NEVER PUT FOOT HERE AGAIN AND I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.
LACK OF SERIOUSNESS, RELIABILITY, HUMANITY AND FAIRNESS TOWARDS CUSTOMERS!
