Visto le recensioni non me lo aspettavo, invece la torta era asciutta, secca, dura. Immangiabile. Era con la sfoglia e la crema pasticcera. Anche la crema era dura sembrava finta. Per due volte di fila ho avuto una spiacevole sorpresa, una Paris Brest ordinata a novembre aveva il fondo bruciacchiato e di conseguenza la torta era amarognola, l'ultima, pochi giorni fa, ordinata una torta pan di spagna, crema pasticcera, fragole e chantilly chiedendo esplicitamente di non mettere cioccolato, alla fine la torta non aveva crema pasticcera ma solo chantilly ed il bordo era ricoperto di cioccolato, quando ho fatto presente la cosa in pasticceria mi e' stato detto che ho sbagliato io ad effettuare l'ordine... A quanto pare non siamo stati abbastanza chiari nella richiesta.
