★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio scadente. Ho chiesto la consegna di fiori ad un determinato funerale e li hanno consegnato ad un altro dicendo che avevano ricevuto informazioni sbagliate. Io sapevo benissimo dove e a chi dovevano essere recapitati i fiori l'ho trasmesso ma non è stato recepito, forse perché quando sono entrata in negozio la signora era impegnata con il telefono e l'ho disturbata. In futuro saprò dove non andare per i fiori.
Poor service. I asked for flowers to be delivered at a particular funeral and they gave them to another one saying they had received wrong information. I knew very well where and to whom the flowers had to be delivered but it was not received, perhaps because when I entered the shop the lady was busy with the phone and I disturbed her. In the future I will know where not to go for the flowers.

Mi aspettavo che su una spesa di € 50 il bigliettino da mettere nella composizione fosse omaggio anziché a pagamento.
Let's say that a merchant who, while preparing something for you, talks to someone else for the whole time of packaging, certainly does not put the customer at ease. I expected that on an expense of € 50 the note to be put in the composition would be free rather than paid.
