Ogni tanto un sorriso anche falso, non farebbe male. E poi un consiglio: se servite un espressino al quale avete aggiuto cacao senza chiedere al cliente e quest'ultimo vi dice GENTILMENTE che non l'avrebbe voluto, non si risponde seccamente: "ormai l'ho fatto", ma sarebbe opportuno chiedere " lo rifaccio? ". Questa la mia opinione che spero sia per voi costruttiva. 8/2/22 - E' dalla vostra risposta saccente che si ha conferma del vostro grande ed unico problema. P.S.: L'espressino è il nome con cui viene indicato un particolare tipo di caffè, servito in bicchiere di vetro, che risulta essere come un "piccolo cappuccino". Almeno così specificato da chi ne sa più di me ed a quanto pare anche di voi. The products are good, nothing to say, but my dear, in serving customers it is also essential not to show nervousness. Per non parlare delle torte classiche e gelato. Personale sempre sorridente e cortese. Large, bright, clean and welcoming place ... Excellent homemade pastry from brioches for breakfast, to dry pasta and pastries ... Not to mention the classic cakes and ice cream. Staff always smiling and courteous.

Bellissima pasticceria con gelateria e bar e disponibilità di tavoli sia all'interno che esterno. Oltre ai classici salentini non mancano croissant ? alla crema o pistacchio. Camerieri veloci a prendere ordinazioni senza farti aspettare. Pasticciotti both small and large but still of a unique goodness. Beautiful patisserie with ice cream parlor and bar and availability of tables both inside and outside. In addition to the Salento classics, there is no shortage of croissants ? with cream or pistachio. Quick waiters to take orders without making you wait.
