β β β β β Γ un ottima pasticceria artigianale. Grazia molto esperta nella pasticceria, ad ogni occasione sa stupire. Buono anche il caffΓ¨ nel suo bar. Come digestivi amari freddi non ha molta disponibilitΓ . Le sue paste sono ottime di ogni genere e di ogni creme pasticcere.

β β β β β Preso panettone Maestrale al passito e Anello di monaco dolce tipico di Mantova fatto come tradizione con le nocciole. Pasticceria come dio comanda e lievitati fatti con lievito madre e ingredienti favolosi. Grazia poi Γ¨ una persona squisita.
Taken panettone Maestrale with passito and the typical Mantua sweet monk ring made as tradition with hazelnuts. Pastry as god commands and leavened products made with mother yeast and fabulous ingredients. Grazia is an exquisite person.

β β β β β Come ogni anno provo qualcosa della pasticceria Grazia Mazzali, l'anno scorso ho preso un panettone salato in vasocottura al tartufo, quest anno ho preso l anello di monaco, quello vero, antico , fatto a 3/ 4 impasti e inserimento del burro per sfogliatura ( cosa che ormai non fa piΓΉ nessuno ).
Perfetto, non ho altre parole per descriverlo se non perfetto!!!!
Like every year I try something from the Grazia Mazzali pastry shop, last year I took a salty panettone in a jar with truffles, this year I took the monk's ring, the real, ancient one, made with 3/4 dough and insertion of butter for flaking (which no one does anymore).
Perfect, I have no other words to describe it than perfect !!!!
