Ieri 8 dicembre, mi sono recata nella rivendita di Maserà a prendere delle brioche ed erano immangiabili perché vecchie. Peccato perché i prodotti sarebbero ottimi. Hasty, rude and zero anticovid rules especially in the spritz time. Yesterday 8 December, I went to the Maserà store to get some croissants and they were inedible because they were old. Too bad because the products would be great.

Ma questa mattina 6 marzo 2022 ho visto penso da parte della titolare il gesto di riempire il bancone espositivo con le mani e pure leccarsi le dita e non contenta pulire i tavolini sempre con le mani senza alcun panno genizzante. Complimenti per l'EDUCAZIONE e CAFONAGGINE. Però per correttezza devo dire che il personale adopera le pinze. Ma torniamo sempre che il PROBLEMA È LA TITOLARE. Spero che da oggi in poi tenga presente il mio consiglio di adoperarsi in modo più consono di lavorare per il bene della sua pasticceria I have been going to the pastry shop for a few years, nice staff and excellent croissants with hood. Non capiscono nemmeno che la gente ha bisogno di vedere al banco le cose prima di ordinarle per scegliere cosa vuole, quindi si genera un andirivieni senza senso dove per ogni piccola scelta si paga subito. Dopo aver spiegato tutto alla cameriera, e dopo l’ennesima volta che mi disturbava mentre ero al cellulare, ho detto che forse non era il posto per me. La sua risposta è stata “ok”. Ah, ho dovuto integrare il prezzo delle pizzettine (per loro dimenticanza, quindi altro scontrino) che sono offerte se si fa aperitivo mentre con una spremuta sono a 30cent l’una, chiaramente senza dirlo prima. Confermo: non è il posto per me. Nice place, good products, unfortunately they ask for payment immediately even when you are consuming and it is explained that you will want to add something even later. They don't even understand that people need to see things at the counter before ordering them to choose what they want, so it generates a nonsense back and forth where for every small choice you pay immediately. After explaining everything to the waitress, and after the umpteenth time bothering me while I was on my cell phone, I said that maybe it wasn't the place for me. His response was "ok". Ah, I had to integrate the price of the mini pizzas (for their forgetfulness, therefore another receipt) that are offered if you have an aperitif while with a juice they are 30 cents each, clearly without saying it first. Si sta benissimo in veranda. Ulteriore punto di forza prezzo ottimo 2,60 euro cappuccino vegetale e brioches fresca (un prezzo che non si trova più facilmente). Ampio parcheggio libero davanti al locale. Good breakfast and nice veranda. Good horseshoes with jam, lots of brioches choice. The vegetable cappuccino is good and the atmosphere is welcoming. It looks great on the veranda. Another strong point: excellent price 2.60 euros vegetable cappuccino and fresh croissants (a price that is no longer easy to find). Ample free parking in front of the restaurant.
