★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Volevo assaporare un panettone degno d'essere nella cerchia di quelli esclusivi ed onorare questa solenne festività del Natale; mi è stato consigliato di rivolgermi alla pasticceria Albini e così ho fatto.
Devo dire che ho centrato l'obiettivo. L'ho trovato molto morbido, digeribile e gustoso. L'ho consiglio.
Inoltre mi sono informato del nome del pasticcere che lo ha creato, Gabriele il pasticcere, al quale dico bravo, anzi BRAVISSIMO!!
Arrivederci, al prossimo Panettone per la riconferma.
I wanted to savor a panettone worthy of being in the circle of the exclusive ones and to honor this solemn feast of Christmas; I was advised to contact the Albini pastry shop and so I did.
I must say that I have hit the target. I found it very soft, digestible and tasty. I recommend it.
I also found out about the name of the pastry chef who created it, Gabriele the pastry chef, to whom I say good, indeed VERY GOOD !!
Goodbye, the next Panettone for reconfirmation.
