 Friendly and courteous staff. Both the sweet and salty all fresh and delicious. Cake for 18 years as well as good, even beautiful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A dirla tutta io ci sono rimasto davvero male del vostro panettone avevo deciso quest anno di prenderlo da voi anche perché avevo visto delle bellissime confezioni.....invece nonostante L abbia preso con largo anticipo” come mi è stato suggerito da voi”e proprio perché non volevo accontentarmi il mio è stato confezionato in un semplice e direi anche brutto sacchetto di cellophane con un fiocchetto che anche io avrei fatto di meglio e una busta di carta anonima ..... insomma una confezione davvero brutta e sciatta. Quando si chiede la bellezza di € 23.00 per un panettone che rimane un dolce povero ....credo che tutto debba avere un servizio di riguardo considerando anche che sono spesso da voi e neppure un bignè mi avete mai regalato ! Il panettone era buono ma nella media certamente non così buono e bello da giustificare € 23.00 se pubblicizzate determinate confezioni poi ci si aspetta quelle e non altre ! Se L’ avessi saputo prima sarei andato altrove ! E non mi sarei sentito un cliente di serie B.
To be honest, I was really disappointed with your panettone I had decided this year to take it from you also because I had seen some beautiful packages ..... instead, although L took it well in advance "as you have suggested to me" and just because I did not want to settle mine was packaged in a simple and I would also say ugly cellophane bag with a bow that I too would have done better and an anonymous paper bag ..... in short, a really ugly and sloppy package. When you ask for the beauty of € 23.00 for a panettone that remains a poor dessert .... I believe that everything must have a special service considering also that I am often with you and not even a cream puff you have ever given me! The panettone was good but on average certainly not so good and beautiful as to justify € 23.00 if you advertise certain packages then you expect those and not others! If I had known it before I would have gone elsewhere! And I wouldn't have felt like a second-tier customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Regalo di natale rovinato! Mio marito ha voluto regalarmi un panettone strapieno di pistacchio siamo raccomandati di riempirlo e che non importava il prezzo.
Appena aperto delusione totale 26 euro per un panettone che dico solo che quelli al supermercato sono più farciti...ho mandato un messaggio con la foto del panettone raccontando l'accaduto e non ho ottenuto risposta.
Niente mai più!!!!!!
Ruined Christmas present! My husband wanted to give me a panettone full of pistachio we are recommended to fill it and that did not matter the price.
Just opened total disappointment 26 euros for a panettone which I only say that those in the supermarket are more stuffed ... I sent a message with the photo of the panettone telling what happened and I did not get an answer.
Nothing ever again !!!!!!
