★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi spiace lasciare 2 stelle perchè vedo tutte ottime recensioni...i mignon presi erano tutti molto dolci..troppo troppo zucchero nelle creme e sopratutto quelli al pistacchio non sapevano di pistacchio solo di tanto colorante verde fluo zucchero e qualcosa di artificiale forse la vaniglia..peccato...il pistacchio dovrebbe avere un colore verde tendente al marroncino..non acceso..usate la bacca bourbon..non vanillina chimica...
I'm sorry to leave 2 stars because I see all excellent reviews ... the mignons taken were all very sweet .. too much sugar in the creams and especially those with pistachio did not taste of pistachio only a lot of fluorescent green dye sugar and something artificial perhaps vanilla .. pity ... the pistachio should have a green color tending to brown .. not lit .. use the bourbon berry .. not chemical vanillin ...

A fantastic pastry! Both the pastries and the cakes are sublime. A Chantilly cream (and not only that) that makes you want to eat it over and over again. A great pastry chef whom I will never stop thanking, as well as for his great skill in dealing with first choice products, for his availability and courtesy.
