È perfetta in tutti i suoi punti: cortesia, pulizia e soprattutto qualità. Anche i prezzi sono onestissimi. La migliore pasticceria a Piacenza per quanto mi riguarda.
 I've been relying on this pastry shop for years when I don't have the time or desire to make desserts by myself, but I still want some gluttony and it's always insurance. It is perfect in all its points: courtesy, cleanliness and above all quality. The prices are also very honest. The best pastry shop in Piacenza as far as I'm concerned.

Abbiamo prenotato una torta di compleanno, la volevamo con la pasta di zucchero a ricoprirla, ma ci vuole almeno una settimana di prenotazione e quindi modificando la nostra idea su loro consiglio , siamo riusciti comunque ad ottenere una torta magnifica.
Prezzi onesti , fin troppo per la qualità della pasticceria .
Consigliato.
Good staff, polite and helpful. We booked a birthday cake, we wanted it with sugar paste to cover it, but it takes at least a week of booking and so by changing our idea on their advice, we still managed to get a magnificent cake.
Fair prices, too much for the quality of the pastry.
Recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consiglio alla figlia della titolare d'essere più gentile con i clienti. È proprio vero che quando non ti sei sudato una cosa non la gestisci nel modo giusto. Ho visto negli anni aprire la pasticceria (dalla Vera Titolare) e avere successo. Purtroppo ci sono stato l'ultima volta e oltre ad aver trovato pochissima scelta, ho trovato anche pochissima simpatia e cortesia per il cliente (gestione figlia).
Peccato, non ci andrò più.
I advise the daughter of the owner to be kinder to customers. It is really true that when you have not sweated something you do not manage it in the right way. Over the years I have seen the pastry shop open (by the Vera Owner) and succeed. Unfortunately I was there the last time and in addition to having found very little choice, I also found very little sympathy and courtesy for the customer (daughter management).
Too bad, I won't go there anymore.
