L	Lara Tamborlani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto che non sono una cliente assidua ma non per questo non devo essere accolta con quell aria infastidita all ingresso..per non parlare della poca professionalita' visto che per ben 2 volte mi sono presentata per fare il semipermanente su appuntamento su WhatsApp e per 2 volte non sono stata segnata così me ne sono dovuta andare...sono una persona abbastanza tollerante ma questo mi sembra un po esagerato I state that I am not a regular customer but this does not mean that I must not be greeted with that annoyed air at the entrance ... not to mention the lack of professionalism since I showed up twice to do the semi-permanent by appointment on WhatsApp and for 2 sometimes i was not marked so i had to go ... i'm quite a tolerant person but this seems a bit exaggerated to me

L'unica cosa che potrebbe essere negativa per alcuni è che non si va per appuntamento, bisogna andare quindi quando si ha tempo o negli orari giusti. Ho fatto sia la tinta che il taglio e non ho mai avuto problemi. Amo particolarmente il fatto che facciano una piega così precisa che non c'è bisogno di passare la piastra! I've been going there for about 2 years, I've always had a great time! The only thing that could be bad for some is that you don't go by appointment, so you have to go when you have time or at the right times. I did both the dye and the cut and never had a problem. I particularly love the fact that they make such a precise fold that there is no need to pass the straightener!
i	ilaria pangrazzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata da loro sia per fare una piega che per fare il gel alle unghie, la piega non mi è piaciuta, per due ragioni fondamentali, ho aspettato 2 ore e mezzo prima dello shampoo e sono stata abbandonata al lava teste per altri 20 min, inoltre è aumentato il conto di 10€ senza alcuna spiegazione, quindi pessimo. Mentre per quanto riguarda il gel alle unghie sono stata accolta da Angela, ragazza molto preparata e gentile, mi ha fatto il gel a regola d’arte. Veloce, gentile, pulita e cerca in tutti i modi di accontentarti. Ottimo servizio da parte sua. :) quindi il mio consiglio è unghie si e capelli assolutamente no. (Ma forse ho solo avuto sfiga io) . Angela non c’è più e la nuova ragazza che si occupa delle unghie non mi piace, ho smesso di andarci. I went to them both to make a crease and to gel my nails, I didn't like the crease, for two fundamental reasons, I waited 2 and a half hours before shampooing and I was abandoned in the head washer for another 20 min. also increased the bill by 10 € without any explanation, so very bad. While as regards the gel on the nails, I was welcomed by Angela, a very prepared and kind girl, who made me the perfect gel. Fast, kind, clean and tries in every way to please you. Great service from her. :) so my advice is nails yes and hair absolutely no. (But maybe I just had bad luck). Angela is gone and I don't like the new girl who takes care of nails, I stopped going.

Ho notato subito la sua passione e il suo talento. Acconciatura stupenda ed é rimasta perfettamente intatta anche il giorno dopo. Ci tornerò. I went to the shop in via stradella to do a ceremonial hairstyle, I was very happy, Lella has golden hands! I immediately noticed his passion and his talent. Gorgeous hairstyle and remained perfectly intact even the next day. I'll be back.

Personalmente penso sia un comportamento molto maleducato ed irrispettoso soprattutto verso un cliente. Ultima volta che ci vado. Ve lo sconsiglio fortemente. A clearly exhausted hairdresser disrespected us. Personally I think it is a very rude and disrespectful behavior especially towards a customer. Last time I go there. I strongly advise against it.

La prossima volta se voglio spendere quella cifra non vado in un salone low cost When you think about paying 26 euros and at the cashier they make you pay 41 for a "treatment" that you didn't even want ... Next time, if I want to spend that amount, I don't go to a low cost salon
