Venerdì scorso ho comprato dei dolci sono arrivata a casa e mi rendo conto che la commessa aveva dimenticato un vassoio, provo a telefonare e non risponde nessuno, torno in pasticceria e sorpresa avevano rimesso i miei dolci in vendita, spacchettati e rimessi in vetrina, ma vi rendete conto di che figuraccia, sono tornata dopo un ora potevate almeno aspettare, in ogni caso i dolci erano pagati, quindi rimetterli in vendita è squallido. Comunque la commessa dice che IO ho dimenticato il vassoio (cosa impossibile perché li danno loro dopo il pagamento)quindi neanche le scuse e mi chiede che dolci c’erano, beh c’erano quelli che avete rivenduto e finito, facendomi prendere le rimanenze e cose che non volevo. Era presente anche il titolare, quindi inutile dare la colpa alle commesse. Pessimo servizio, e tanta avidità (il vassoio era da 4€) Peccato perché fate i dolci più buoni mai assaggiati. Vi consiglio pienamente questa pasticceria per la gentilezza del personale, per la pulizia e per le loro preparazioni con prodotti freschissimi,apprezzati da tutti. Non avevo mai mangiato un babà così buono in vita mia,equilibrato di bagna. E nun parlamm ra red velvet,provatene tutti un pezzo e ve ne innamorerete. Voglio pagare di più ma la qualità ci deve essere!!! Desserts not bad but only those should do, as far as cakes are concerned I would give zero stars!
