The best of pastry and also superb rotisserie, and the courtesy and professionalism is the top never been disappointed and I have known him for a lifetime, now I live.a.carpi and when I go on vacation before the relatives I pass by him :)

Pasticcini, biscotti e torte eccezionali.
Personale attento alle richieste del cliente, ed in particolare per tutto ciò che concerne le torte.
Il pasticcere manifesta palesemente la propria passione e la riflette nei propri prodotti, qualità più unica che rara ai giorni d'oggi. Non pretendo tuttavia di essere creduto, provare per credere ;)

Exceptional pastries, biscuits and cakes.
Staff attentive to customer requests, and in particular for everything related to cakes.
The pastry chef clearly shows his passion and reflects it in his products, a quality that is more unique than today. However, I don't pretend to be believed, to try to believe;)

Ma attenzione a fare i complimenti perché con il passare degli anni sta veramente perdendo valore con piccoli gesti tipo far pagare una torta 33 euro per poi mettere un pezzo di cartone ricoperto di carta trasparente e scritto a pennarello blu "buon compleanno mamma"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima pasticceria, mi rifornisco da anni sempre qui per portare i cannoli. Solo una volta sono rimasto deluso, le altre volte negli ultimi 8 anni sempre eccellenti. Ricotta buonissima, cialda che rimane croccante anche dopo un paio di giorni.
Unica pecca, ogni tanto in negozio non è che trattino i clienti nel migliore dei modi, aspetto che può incidere sulla volta di ritornare più di un buon dolce, così e capitato ad alcuni amici venuti a visitare Palermo. Questo è un aspetto che consiglio di migliorare e curare.
Excellent pastry, I have been supplying here for years to bring the cannoli. Only once I was disappointed, the other times in the last 8 years always excellent. Ricotta very good, waffle that remains crispy even after a couple of days.
The only flaw, occasionally in the shop is not that they treat customers in the best way, aspect that can affect the time to return more than a good dessert, so it happened to some friends who came to visit Palermo. This is something that I recommend to improve and take care of.
