È un vero peccato che una pasticceria tanto rinomata, non riesca ad adeguarsi alle necessità dei propri clienti.. per quanto riguarda sull' educazione del personale, purtroppo raggiunta una certa età si puó fare ben poco. Mi spiace davvero considerato che frequento il posto da anni, mai mi sarei aspettato un trattamento simile Un consiglio, anziché commentare le recensioni dei clienti buttando in mezzo scuse sterili, sarebbe il caso di lavorare di piú sulla qualità del servizio: educazione e cortesia.. queste sconosciute.. Ottimi i cornetti, anche i "nuovi" ai cinque cereali, le torte tutte, le frolle e le crostate... E ci si può anche rilassare con un aperitivo accompagnato dalle mitiche pizzette. Servizio top per gentilezza e cortesia Buona degustazione! Great pastry. For years in the neighborhood, they have been part of the daily tradition. P	Patrizia Tancredi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono una cliente di questa pasticceria da almeno 20 anni e credo che a seguito del rinnovo del locale (esteticamente molto carino) la qualità della pasticceria sia drasticamente calata. In particolar modo i cornetti molto secchi con una crema non più "fresca" e ottima come lo era prima, ma soprattutto i dolci di pasta frolla sono diventati immangiabili per quanto sono duri. Infine il personale scortese come sempre. I have been a customer of this pastry shop for at least 20 years and I believe that following the renovation of the restaurant (aesthetically very nice) the quality of the pastry has drastically dropped. Especially the very dry croissants with a cream that is no longer "fresh" and as excellent as it was before, but especially the shortcrust pastry desserts have become inedible for how hard they are. Finally the staff rude as always.

Sono stata letteralmente aggredita verbalmente per 5 euro e 30 centesimi dalla cassiera, nonostante la avessi rassicurata offrendole di tenere nel frattempo il mio documento. La signora ha preteso di darmi lezioni di vita, forse in quanto sono straniera, non richieste nè gradite. Sono uscita, ho ritirato, sono tornata per dargli i loro 5.30. Quello che probabilmente era il proprietario, per nulla imbarazzato per il comportamento della cassiera, ha pensato bene di proseguire. Persone di una maleducazione incredibile.
