In questa stagione, secondo me, danno veramente il massimo, vuoi per i prodotti che usano (stagionalità) vuoi per il mio palato che è particolarmente sensibile a quei prodotti. Bravissimi I've been using them for years. Excellent quality. In this season, in my opinion, they really give their best, either for the products they use (seasonality) or for my palate which is particularly sensitive to those products. Very good

I pasticcini erano vecchi,i cannoli avevano la pasta mezza cruda e sapevano di vecchio; stessa cosa per per i cavolini che dentro erano GRIGI,come si vede dalla prima immagine. Peraltro ho chiesto se nei funghetti c'era il cioccolato e,a grande sorpresa, dentro c'era la crema allo zabaione,come si può vedere nella terza immagine To prove that we actually purchased the products from your patisserie: I put a cup with the name of the place in the second image. The pastries were old, the cannoli had half-raw pasta and tasted old; same thing for the sprouts that were GRAY inside, as you can see from the first image. Furthermore, I asked if there was chocolate in the mushrooms and, surprisingly, there was zabaglione cream inside, as you can see in the third image

Quando mi arriva la assaggio, mi hanno presentato una Crepe precotta, fredda con un po' di miele buttato sopra. Chiedo alla ragazza (una cafona di prima categoria) se è possibile metterci un po' di cioccolato fondente sopra, lei mi guarda stranita e spiego che in realtà avrei voluto quella che loro avevano nel menu (quella che ho scritto all'inizio) dicendo pure che non c'era problema per l'errore. Tutta scocciata mi prende il piatto, va dietro il banco e ci mette del cioccolato fondente (tipo il nesquick che si compra al supermercato), torna e mi lancia il piatto sul tavolo. Alla fine di tutto pago 5,50€ (quindi a prezzo pieno) quella roba che mi limito a definire immangiabile. Ho messo una stella perché di meno non era possibile. Ma lasciate perdere e cambiate lavoro! Barberis Molassana - Genoa. I ordered a Crepe (dark chocolate, honey and nuts). When I get a taste of it, they presented me with a pre-cooked Crepe, cold with a little honey thrown on it. I ask the girl (a first-class peasant) if it is possible to put some dark chocolate on it, she looks at me dazed and I explain that in reality I would have liked the one they had on the menu (the one I wrote at the beginning) saying as well that there was no problem with the error. All annoyed she takes my plate, goes behind the counter and puts some dark chocolate in it (like the nesquick you buy at the supermarket), comes back and throws the plate on the table. In the end, I pay € 5.50 (therefore full price) for that stuff that I just define inedible. I put a star because less was not possible. But forget it and change jobs!

Sono tornata portandone una perche' venisse assaggiata dal personale, visto che a parer mio era immangiabile, sono stata trattata con maleducazione e arroganza dal personale di sala.....Cari signori, la clientela si tratta diversamente, io stessa ho negozio e sono certa che se dovessi confrontarmi così col pubblico, avrei poche chance di lavorare, lo sconsiglio!!!!!@ I bought two cupcakes for Valentine's Day, completely dry inside with very little cream, dry sponge cake. I came back bringing one to be tasted by the staff, since in my opinion it was inedible, I was treated with rudeness and arrogance by the dining room staff ..... Dear gentlemen, customers are treated differently, I myself have a shop and I am certain that if I had to deal with the public like this, I would have little chance of working, I do not recommend it !!!!! @
