Certo a volte si sente forse la meno lavorazione dei prodotti, ma sempre buoni. Forse meglio le torte che i pasticcini. La freschezza dei prodotti è dunque garantita da un rapido ricircolo di ingredienti. Per quanto riguarda la qualità sarebbe da rapportarsi al prezzo. Il servizio,la gestione clienti,ordinazioni etc lasciano un po' desiderare. Alcuni episodi accaduti hanno fatto presagire che, con la clientela non hanno avuto tanta dimestichezza e gentilezza. L"intensa folla di clienti è da attribuire quindi al prezzo modico. Hanno dimenticato di fare una torta di compleanno prenotata 20 giorni prima, incapaci di fornire una soluzione al disastro causato capaci solo di scaricare la responsabilità fra di loro. Alla fine, visto l'orario, ho dovuto optare per una torta di fortuna propostami da loro. Per me stata la prima volta in questa pseudo pasticceria ma sicuramente è stata L'ULTIMA. Ottima quantità di scelta dei prodotti. Sapori decisi. Molto pulito.
