Ogni tanto risulta discutibile l’atteggiamento di qualche dipendente, ma è un posto nella sua globalità che rappresenta un’eccellenza per la caffetteria del panorama bresciano e va premiato necessariamente con cinque stelle per la titolare, una donna da una tempra unica nel suo genere. 5 stars for the owner, for her nephew and for the capuchin teacher, who every morning take us to go to them and delight us with an excellent break. Occasionally the attitude of some employees is questionable, but it is a place as a whole that represents excellence for the cafeteria in the Brescia landscape and must necessarily be awarded five stars for the owner, a woman with a unique temperament.

Unico appunto che mi è stato fatto è che l'esterno delle brioches vegane è eccessivamente dolce Ovviamente la cosa è soggettiva Product quality always excellent. Una domenica mattina mi sono rivolta a loro perché dovevo avere con urgenza una crostata alla frutta per 10 persone e incredibilmente me l'hanno assemblata sul momento, nonostante non fosse di certo il giorno né il momento migliore vista l'affluenza. Ancora grazie! :) One of my favorite pastry shops! All very good, from sweet to savory! One Sunday morning I turned to them because I urgently needed a fruit tart for 10 people and incredibly they assembled it for me on the spot, even though it was certainly not the day or the best time given the turnout. Thank you again! :)

M	Metiu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima volta in questa pasticceria, vengo attirato dalle foto dei precedenti clienti e vedo delle belle brioches, le prenoto per telefono e sono gentili, mi reco in pasticceria ed oltre all'ambiente molto caotico (domenica mattina ore 10 circa) vedo che nel sacchetto che mi hanno preparato c'erano solo brioches farcite e non quelle viste in foto(ok penso le avranno finite) ma poi vedo che la brioches soprattutto quella al cioccolato era farcita con budino e la crema pasticcera onestamente sembra di quelle fatte in casa tipo "dolce della domenica". Potrà essere interessante provare le pizze /focacce che fanno. Non mi sento di penalizzare totalmente il posto. Probabilmente ritornerò ma non sicuramente. First time in this pastry shop, I am attracted by the photos of previous customers and I see some beautiful brioches, I book them by phone and they are kind, I go to the pastry shop and in addition to the very chaotic environment (Sunday morning around 10 am) I see that in the bag that they prepared me there were only stuffed brioches and not those seen in the picture (ok I think they will have finished) but then I see that the brioches especially the chocolate one was stuffed with pudding and the custard honestly looks like homemade ones like "sweet of Sunday ". It may be interesting to try the pizzas / focaccias they make. I don't feel like I can totally penalize the place. I will probably return but definitely not.

a	arckpi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your friendly neighbourhood pastry shop - very popular from what we could tell, especially for breakfast. The croissants could have a little more cream distributed throughout - but that being said make sure you get the pistacchio cream ones.
