★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato da loro luglio 2020, nonostante casini che c'era in quel periodo per COVID e avevamo dovuto spostare 3 volte appuntamento con proprietario della casa che essendo anziani avevano paura di uscire dalla casa, Notaio e suo staff (MARIA) sempre sono stati disponibili, gentili, puntuali. Hanno fatto massima di collaborazione. Io avevo chiesto da una decina di notai preventivo. questo studio aveva prezzi più convenienti. In questo anno ho dovuto chiedere due/tre volte i documenti, ma sono stati disponibili sempre.
I have been from them in July 2020, despite the mess that there was at that time for COVID and we had had to move 3 times an appointment with the owner of the house who being elderly were afraid to leave the house, Notary and his staff (MARIA) have always been available , kind, punctual. They made maximum collaboration. I had asked for a quote from about ten notaries. this studio was cheaper. In this year I had to ask for documents two / three times, but they were always available.

Il tariffario è ottimo e, ancor più importante, siamo stati seguiti in ogni fase con la massima attenzione. Il Notaio e i suoi Collaboratori sono stati sempre molto presenti e disponibili per qualsiasi chiarimento. In aggiunta, avevo una data di scadenza da rispettare e loro hanno fatto i salti mortali per riuscirci! Voto 10!
My partner and I relied on this Notary's Office for the purchase of our house and for the registration of the mortgage. The rates are excellent and, more importantly, we have been followed at every stage with the utmost attention. The Notary and his Collaborators were always very present and available for any clarification. In addition, I had an expiration date to meet and they jumped through hoops to get it right! Vote 10!
