Grazie.
Just today I went to get the cake I ordered from this bakery. Meanwhile, I must specify that it was my first time. I must say that it looks very good, the counter is excellent as soon as you enter, beautiful large, with many interesting things. Whether they are salty or sweet, they are truly inviting. The nice and nice staff, you can see it when the customers come in. My dessert was good, the pastry chef did a really good job. Thank you.

The most beautiful surprise among the pastry shops in Florence visited recently; delicious and finely decorated desserts at a highly competitive price. In addition, the staff is always polite and available to satisfy requests. Every time I receive an invitation and I want to make a good impression, I present myself with their dessert ... and success is guaranteed!

Buon proseguimento :)
Post was Covid, there are two types of places to have breakfast in the morning, or just have a coffee: -the bars that have remained such, in which the main occupation is to serve the customer with kindness and efficiency and in which vaccination certification is requested with due courtesy and politeness (after all, these are bars, not local police headquarters) ; -the bars in which the patron who crosses the threshold finds himself in front of the employee and / or owner of the business, whose "mission" has gone from making cappuccinos to finding the possible no vax on duty! Which, as soon as you step inside, doesn't even give you time to say "good morning" which, like a member of the Stasi, welcomes you with the slogan "Does he have a green pass ???" The bar in question undoubtedly belongs to the second category. It is absolutely right and necessary to ask for this certification which is saving us from a massacre these days, but there are ways and ways. I would suggest a slightly calmer approach, just to put customers at ease who, after all, PAY for a service. Otherwise it may happen that, although the quality of the product is good, you pass the desire to go back. Good continuation :)

Lovely breakfast pastries and desserts. Cute shop and great customer service delivered by a young guy serving behind the counter. He knew all the different varieties of "pasticceria secca" and was so kind. It's a shame that we found the lady at the till quite unpleasant..she kept asking whether I had consumed anything else and so if I had to pay for more. I wanted to show her that there were no maritozzi in my pockets!! Sometimes it is just a matter of offering a smile and using a slightly more polite language..
