★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo posto per assaggiare le tipiche paste romane e non solo. Non è sicuramente un locale adatto per lunghe cene ma cmq è molto carino. Ci tornerò per provare altro.
 Great place to taste the typical Roman pastas and more. It is definitely not a place suitable for long dinners but cmq it is very nice. I'll be back to try another one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pastificio situato a pochi minuti a piedi dalla fermata S. Agnese/Annibaliano che si presenta molto bene, ambiente amichevole con il laboratorio a vista.
Sia il titolare del locale che lo chef sono simpaticissimi ma soprattutto bravissimi, in particolare lo chef che ci ha preparato dei piatti di pasta da leccarsi i baffi.. vedere per credere! Prezzi nel complesso onestissimi per un locale romano

Pastificio located a few minutes walk from the S. Agnese / Annibaliano stop which looks very good, friendly environment with an open laboratory.
Both the owner of the restaurant and the chef are very nice but above all very good, in particular the chef who prepared us mouth-watering pasta dishes .. seeing is believing! Overall very honest prices for a Roman restaurant

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ormai una tappa fissa quando passo da Roma. La loro carbonara è da 10 e lode: giusta cremosità, guanciale croccante, tonnarello fresco di loro produzione cotto perfettamente. Anche le crostate sono buonissime, almeno per chi le preferisce un po' squilibrate: più pasta frolla e meno marmellata. I prezzi sono nella norma. Insomma, consigliatissimo.
Now a fixed stop when I pass through Rome. Their carbonara is 10 and praise: the right creaminess, crispy bacon, fresh tonnarello of their production cooked perfectly. The pies are also very good, at least for those who prefer them a little unbalanced: more shortcrust pastry and less jam. The prices are in the norm. In short, highly recommended.
