★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tortelli di una bontà unica ( e io me ne intendo....). Molta scelta grazie anche alla creatività della titolare. Si percepisce l'uso di materie prime di qualità. Davvero buonissimi, ma proprio buonissimi, i tortelli al tartufo e quelli al ragù (anche se questi ultimi non sono in produzione standard ma vanno prenotati).
Tortelli of a unique goodness (and I understand it ....). Lots of choice thanks to the owner's creativity. The use of quality raw materials is perceived. Really very good, but really very good, the tortelli with truffles and those with meat sauce (even if the latter are not in standard production but must be booked).
