Li ho mangiati freschissimi sul posto, il giorno dopo qua a Palermo e a volte, per prolungarne il ricordo (cosa che faccio anche fotografando il piatto) anche dopo averli congelati e il gusto è ogni volta una vera poesia.
Non vedo l'ora di tornare per gustarli ancora e magari mantenere la promessa di ricambiare con dei cannoli siciliani.
Impossible for me to go from Bologna and come back without Nonna Cesira's tortellini !!!!
I ate them fresh on the spot, the next day here in Palermo and sometimes, to prolong the memory (which I also do by photographing the dish) even after having frozen them and the taste is a real poem every time.
I can't wait to come back to enjoy them again and maybe keep my promise to reciprocate with Sicilian cannoli.
