Talmente buoni che li abbiamo assaggiati crudi. Il ripieno strepitoso. Abbiamo portato a casa pasta per souvenir. La signora simpatica e disponibile. Ottimo luogo se sei in cerca di pasta fresca da portare a casa, andateci senza fretta per riuscire a fare 4 chiacchiere con la signora e suo marito, due persone squisite! In the enchanting Matera we met Mrs. Maria, owner of fresh pasta for 40 years, known and appreciated throughout Matera, she gave us fantastic orecchiette! Great place if you are looking for fresh pasta to take home, go there without hurry to be able to have a chat with the lady and her husband, two delicious people!

La signora, sapendo che eravamo turisti, ci ha pure fatto assaggiare i ravioli ricotta e zucchero crudi: SPETTACOLARI! Yummy fresh pasta! Both orecchiette and fusilli from Matera and Avellino. The dreamer and the lady are very nice, very kind, honest and helpful. The lady, knowing that we were tourists, even made us taste the raw ricotta and sugar ravioli: SPECTACULAR!

Il negozio di pasta è gestito da una coppia di dolcissimi e simpatici settantenni. Non vi dico piú nulla, se venite a Matera un salto al negozio di pasta della signora Maria e di suo marito Luigi dovete farlo obbligatoriamente...poi mi direte.... L'ultimo giorno abbiamo cercato un ricordo , e abbiamo scelto la pasta tipica di Matera . Siamo entrati in questo pastificio ed abbiamo conosciuto la proprietaria, persona di grande bontà e gentilezza . Abbiamo acquistato i suoi prodotti buonissimi di Ottima qualità, la signora lo fa da oltre 40 anni, eccezionale. Un ulteriore, molto bello, ricordo di Matera . Grazie.
