Le rose alla robiola e speck sono buonissime. Pulizia e raffinatezza apprezzabil oltre ad una carezza per il palato. Davvero eccezionale. Una piacevole scoperta della tradizione pastaia artigianale. Complimenti per gli ottimi gusti assaporati. Buonissimi anche i loro tagliolini alla ricotta e cannella. Professionalità elevata. Davvero unici ad Altamura. Ci tornerò ogni volta che posso I have been in this pasta factory by accident but I met a quality of products and the friendliness of the owner really out of the ordinary. Robiola and speck roses are very good. Cleanliness and refinement appreciable as well as a caress for the palate. Truly exceptional. A pleasant discovery of the artisan pasta tradition. Congratulations for the excellent tastes tasted. Their tagliolini with ricotta and cinnamon are also delicious. High professionalism. Really unique in Altamura. I will go back whenever I can

In questa vacanza abbiamo portato a casa la pasta del pastificio Ziccardi ad Altamura, e stasera abbiamo cenato con un piatto di pasta al pomodoro con i capunti lunghi. On this holiday we took home the pasta from the Ziccardi pasta factory in Altamura, and tonight we had dinner with a plate of pasta with tomato sauce with long capunti. I am completely satisfied, the hold of the sauce on the pasta is perfect. Thanks Antonio and Federica C. for taking us to the shop ? After a few days I prepared the burnt wheat orecchiette with turnip tops. Even those are perfect, the taste of the pasta is very good ?
