A	Arianna Colonghi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordine fatto, materiale non arriva, mando tre mail, non rispondono, apro la contestazione in paypal, non rispondono, magicamente appare l'ordine in spedizione, arriva dopo qualche giorno, buono l'imballo, all'apertura, di otto piante ordinate, una non è conforme all'ordine ( un pesco al posto di un carrubo). il noce pecan solo il tempo mi dirà se è quello giusto.. comprate al vivaio in parte a casa, magari costa un po' di più, ma meno rogne. Ho mandato una mail per segnalare l'errore .. ovviamente non rispondono. Per me 2 stelle per l'imballo e la spedizione 6-7/8 piante conformi, una pianta messa così così ma il tempo guarirà la pianta. Il modo di non rispondere però...è poco professionale..dai... Order done, material does not arrive, I send three emails, they do not respond, I open the dispute in paypal, they do not respond, magically the order is being shipped, it arrives after a few days, good packaging, upon opening, of eight ordered plants, one does not conform to the order (a peach tree instead of a carob tree). pecan nut only time will tell me if it is the right one .. buy it at the nursery partly at home, maybe it costs a little more, but less hassle. I sent an email to report the error .. obviously they don't answer. For me 2 stars for packaging and shipping 6-7 / 8 compliant plants, a plant put like this but time will heal the plant. The way not to answer though ... it's unprofessional ... come on ...

Nonostante il pacco non fosse stato ancora spedito, Passione Piante si è rifiutata di accettare la mia richiesta di annullamento e rimborso (che è un diritto della piattaforma da me utilizzata per fare l'ordine). Non mi hanno dato nessuna spiegazione sul perché. Davvero un comportamento poco professionale e venale I bought some plants online, but after realizing how high the shipping costs were, I canceled the order. Although the package had not yet been shipped, Passione Piante refused to accept my cancellation and refund request (which is a right of the platform I used to place the order). They gave me no explanation as to why. Really unprofessional and venal behavior

Piccolo neo sul servizio clienti, che non risponde alle mail ma solo ai messaggi al numero indicato. Oltre ciò le piante sono arrivate integre, impacchettate e tenute insieme da velina e filo metallico. Un pò di acqua dopo averle travasate e sono rinvenute dopo i giorni che sono rimaste inscatolate. Honestly, I didn't have any kind of problem, the packaging was excellent and the delivery took place within 2 days of shipment. Small flaw on customer service, which does not respond to emails but only to messages at the indicated number. Beyond that, the plants arrived intact, packed and held together by tissue and metal wire. A little water after having decanted them and they are found after the days that they remained canned.

Il 30% in uno stato non accettabile per dimensioni e vitalità, tant'è vero che ad un mese dal trapianto ho già dovuto sostituire diverse piantine. Tutte quelle che ho piantato hanno attecchito bene e sono cresciute. Alcune sono piccole, ma la misura è chiaramente indicata sul sito. I prezzi sono estremamente competitivi.
