C'è puzza di fregature. Stateci alla larga.............. Purchased a 3 day online aquarium. I'm trying to get in touch with the facility for shipping details but no one ever answers. There is a stench of rip-offs. Stay away from us ..............

Oggi, di sabato, alle ore 19:50 ho trovato il negozio chiuso, contrariamente a quanto indicato su google(20:30) un vero peccato visto che ho dovuto prendere l'autostrada e fare 30 min di macchina inutilmente! Molto deluso! Non ci tornerò! Very bad! Today, Saturday, at 19:50 I found the shop closed, contrary to what is indicated on google (20:30) a real shame as I had to take the highway and do 30 minutes of car unnecessarily! Very disappointed! M	Macciu Picciu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un acquario NUOVO tramite ManoMano da questi signori , mi è arrivato un acquario manomesso in quanto vi era stato applicato del silicone comune per riassemblare le cornici ( che oltre tutto è dannoso per i pesci ) e la plafoniera era già stata utilizzata ed i neon led t5 erano stati sostituiti con comuni neon di vecchia generazione! Se non fosse stato per ManoMano, non avrei mai ottenuto il mio rimborso ! Pessimi , sconsigliato anche se dovete comprare il mangime del pesciolino rosso ! I bought a NEW aquarium through ManoMano from these gentlemen, I received an aquarium that had been tampered with because common silicone had been applied to it to reassemble the frames (which is also harmful to fish) and the ceiling light had already been used and the neons led t5 had been replaced with common old generation neon! If it wasn't for ManoMano, I would never have gotten my refund! Bad, not recommended even if you have to buy goldfish food!

Cercando di capire come mai non sono stata avvisata del LORO cambio di prodotto, considerando che era un regalo e avevo già fatto una brutta figura. Mando un’email e apparentemente sembrava tutto fosse risolto in quanto ho chiesto o di spedirmi il giusto prodotto o di ricevere un rimborso parziale. Accettano il rimborso parziale e cosa succede?? Dopo 2 settimane e 3 email mandate, aspetto ancora il rimborso in quanto hanno deciso EDUCATAMENTE di non rispondermi più e di ignorami!!! Complimenti per la vostra professionalità!!!! Non vi affidate a questo negozio, se ordinate qualcosa, mi spediranno ciò che vorranno loro per poi ignorarci!!! Sono in attesa con PayPal per prendere dei provvedimenti, ma mi sembrava giusto condividere questa mia situazione!!!!! Leggendo le altre recensioni mi rendo conto che è stato solo un mio errore, non è la prima volta che mostrano segni di non serietà!!! Complimenti. After ordering something from this company and receiving, to my surprise, another product, I decided to contact the supplier and ask for information. Trying to understand why I was not notified of THEIR product change, considering it was a gift and I had already made a bad impression. I send an email and apparently everything seemed to be resolved as I asked either to send me the right product or to receive a partial refund. Do they accept partial refund and what happens ?? After 2 weeks and 3 emails sent, I am still waiting for the refund as they have EDUCATELY decided not to answer me anymore and to ignore me !!! Congratulations on your professionalism !!!! Do not rely on this shop, if you order something, they will send me what they want and then ignore us !!! I am waiting with PayPal to take action, but it seemed right to share my situation !!!!! Reading the other reviews I realize that it was just my mistake, it is not the first time they show signs of not being serious !!! Compliments.
