Ho portato a toelettare la mia cagnolina (maltesina di piccola taglia) un'ora prima dell'orario di chiusura e sotto appuntamento, chiedendo di aggiustarle solo un po' i peli sul viso. Mi è stato risposto che per una toelettatura ci vogliono DUE ORE e sono stata mandata via in malo modo. Imparate a trattare i clienti con educazione, perché siete messi veramente male! A mai più!
Unkindness to the nth degree. The place is dirty and uncared for and the owner has a unique dislike. I took my dog (small maltesina) to grooming an hour before closing time and by appointment, asking to fix just a little facial hair. I was told that a grooming takes TWO HOURS and I was sent away badly. Learn to treat customers politely, because you are in really bad shape! To never again!
