Horrible service and customer service. They had only one server helping all customers. Ontop of that they were out of many food items. The coffee machine wasn't working. As well they refused our American Express platinum cards saying we needed to have priority pass.

This was one of the worst lounge experiences I had so far. Almost not working wi-fi, very limited food, dirty dishes are literally everywhere, including floors. Two washrooms only. Limited alcoholic drinks, not a great coffee. Chairs are not comfortable at all there and there's not enough chairs for all people to sit. Water was cold which was good, at least good for me

Nice small lounge reopened after covid closure. Usually not to crowded offer a small selection of on demand food, very nice and welcoming staff. Waiting for full service when covid rules will be removed.

It looks like a college common room not an airport lounge. They were out of most foods and the food was really subpar, especially the margarita pizza, which was so disappointing. It definitely doesn’t feel like a business class lounge, but more a lounge for a special credit cards. I have to say that the staff was really kind and worked really hard, thank you!

Plenty of comfortable seating, fridges full of flat and sparkling water, clean bathrooms, but the food is only accessible thru a server and there were only two on staff. Once you chased them down the food was delivered quickly.

Service was below average even though the only server working was doing his best effort. The lounge was packed with over 50 people and only one server was having a pretty difficult time to attend everybody. The only things you were able to get by yourself was coffee and bottle water, if you want it to have anything to eat, wine, juice or a beer you need it to ask to the server. Food selection was pretty bad as well. Being an international flights lounge it is a real disappointment. It resembles more a regional lounge for domestic flights than an airport like Fiumicino.

Qatar Airways lounge, it is a shame for thr business class, to send passengers there. I want to point out that only the effort of some of the employees the stopover was barely acceptable. I would like to mention that the personnel was very helpful and trying to give a decent service in a place that is not even fit with tables. They should be rewarded for their commitment.

This lounge is much much too small for an airport of this size. If you can find a seat, you will be lucky if you can find an available clean cup to pour yourself a coffee. If you are hungry, there are no quick or self-serve options and if you order food, you better have a while before you need to board your plane. I felt terrible for the staff who were very pleasant. I would not consider this lounge a perk over gate seating.
