Dal 16 luglio al 31 luglio io e la mia famiglia, abbiamo passato le vacanze a Campomarino lido, affittando un'appartamento presso questa attività. Il giorno in cui siamo arrivati per dare inizio alle vacanze, ovviamente ci siamo recati presso di loro, per ritirare le chiavi della casa e saldare il conto. Con immenso stupore - non poteva iniziare peggio - i proprietari ci mettono a conoscenza del fatto che, l'appartamento in questione, improvvisamente aveva avuto bisogno di un intervento immediato da parte dell'idraulico e, che quindi non sarebbe stato possibile entrarci prima del tardo pomeriggio... Ovviamente ci siamo rimasti malissimo, fatto sta che l'agenzia ha comunque provveduto a sistemarci temporaneamente in una casa sita nello stesso palazzo. C'è stata una piccola discussione tra me e il proprietario dell'agenzia, il quale - ciò che ho apprezzato tantissimo - si è mostrato immediatamente sincero, rendendosi talmente diverso dalla categoria - fatta di falsi sorrisi e ipocriti discorsi - da rendere la discussione da negativa a estremamente positiva! Alla fine, ci hanno fatti entrare nel pomeriggio nel nostro appartamento, facendocelo trovare pulitissimo e sanificato. Ottima esperienza dal punto di vista umano e professionale, sempre disponibili a qualsiasi ora e davvero appassionati di ciò che fanno. Consiglio vivamente queste due meravigliose persone a chiunque! The day we arrived to start the holidays, we obviously went to them, to collect the keys to the house and pay the bill. With immense amazement - it couldn't have started worse - the owners let us know that, the apartment in question, suddenly needed an immediate intervention by the plumber and, therefore, it would not be possible to enter it before late afternoon... Obviously we were very badly, the fact is that the agency has however proceeded to settle temporarily in a house located in the same building. There was a little discussion between me and the owner of the agency, who - what I really appreciated - was immediately sincere, making himself so different from the category - made up of false smiles and hypocritical speeches - that it made the discussion worthwhile. negative to extremely positive! In the end, they let us into our apartment in the afternoon, making us find it spotless and sanitized. Excellent experience from a human and professional point of view, always available at any time and really passionate about what they do. I highly recommend these two wonderful people to anyone!
