★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non molto cordiali, Ho telefonato per prendere un appuntamento e mi hanno detto che chiudevano alle 20, ma giunto presso l'ufficio alle ore 19:15 già se ne se ne erano andati, quindi 150 km di andata e ritorno buttati al vento il giorno dopo ci sono ho chiesto spiegazioni e almeno un rimborso per la benzina mi hanno risposto che avevo sbagliato io perché loro avevano a prescindere sconsiglio di cuore.
 Not very friendly, I phoned to make an appointment and they told me they closed at 20, but when they arrived at the office at 19:15 they were already gone, so 150 km round trip thrown to the wind on the day after we are there I asked for explanations and at least a refund for the gasoline they replied that I was wrong because they had regardless of my heart.
