In risposta: allora siate chiari tra collaboratori! A prescindere da questa "crisi dell'elio" che vantate, se avessimo saputo al momento della richiesta di informazioni dalla vostra collega che due palloncini per un compleanno ci venivano a costare 16€, ma nemmeno per scherzo avremmo preso in considerazione l'idea. Non ci è chiaro se è stato per malafede o altro che ci abbiano riferito un prezzo decisamente più basso.
In ogni caso dato che non spiegate bene i prezzi oltremodo esagerati, la recensione negativa è il minimo, quindi, gentilmente, non mi risponda con tanta sufficienza, grazie.

It is not clear to us whether it was out of bad faith or something else that we were told a much lower price.
