 Positive experience with the PartnerServizi who accompanied us step by step in all the preparatory activities for the purchase of our new home, preparing all the documentation even not within their competence (e.g. first home contribution, transfer of utilities, change of residence, etc. etc. ).

Caterina e il suo staff non solo sono riusciti a risolvermi un problema molto complicato con il massimo della professionalità e dell impegno (a differenza di altri suoi colleghi) ma allo stesso tempo sono riusciti a vendere l'appartamento in tempi brevi e al prezzo stabilito in partenza... Chapeau !

Caterina and her staff not only managed to solve a very complicated problem for me with the utmost professionalism and commitment (unlike her other colleagues) but at the same time they managed to sell the apartment quickly and at the price established in departure ... Chapeau!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ l'agenzia con cui mi sono trovato peggio: visita ridicola da 15min scarsi contati esattamente al cronometro, frettolosissima, solo informazioni dell'appartamento positive e comode a loro, zero empatia e come detto, dopo 14minuti, accompagnati molto velocemente alla porta, per esser pronti per la visita successiva.
risultato? l'appartamento, dopo 2 mesi, è ancora lì. ma che strano.

the agency with which I found myself worse: ridiculous 15min visit, scarce counted exactly at the stopwatch, very hasty, only positive and comfortable information about the apartment, zero empathy and as said, after 14 minutes, accompanied very quickly to the door, to be ready for the next visit.
result? the apartment, after 2 months, is still there. how strange.

As a new resident in Italy they were extremely helpful in walking me through the process to rent an apartment and explaining some of the procedural differences compared to my home country. They also for a small additional fee set up all my utilities, which was very appreciated as I am still not fluent in Italian yet.
Would highly recommend PartnerServizi to anyone looking to rent an apartment in Trieste.
