Oggi ho prenotato per esempio alle 8.30 assicurandomi di essere all'apertura, avendo in mattinata impegni di lavoro. Al mio arrivo (puntuale) ero già la quarta in fila e dopo quasi un'ora di attesa mi è passata avanti una persona con appuntamento alle 9. Credo che gli appuntamenti presi siano TROPPI rispetto a quanti riescano a gestirne. Insomma capisco i problemi e gli impegni personali che aggiungono una variabile di imprevedibilità, ma un po' di professionalità in più non guasta. La qualità del taglio è buona in ogni caso, se avete una mattina da perdere lo consiglio! Today I booked for example at 8.30 making sure to be at the opening, having work commitments in the morning. When I arrived (on time) I was already the fourth in line and after almost an hour of waiting a person came by with an appointment at 9. I think that the appointments made are TOO MANY compared to how many they can manage. In short, I understand the problems and personal commitments that add a variable of unpredictability, but a little more professionalism does not hurt. The quality of the cut is good in any case, if you have a morning to lose I recommend it!
