Ci sediamo in 4 per un aperitivo con locale pressoché vuoto, ordiniamo 3 bevande e la cameriera scocciata ci fa notare che la consumazione è obbligatoria per tutti se seduti al tavolo, tradotto: la quarta che non beve deve andarsene…capisco in un locale strapieno che occupare un posto senza consumare possa essere fastidioso ma non era questo il caso, e comunque queste “informazioni” andrebbero esposte all’esterno con un bel cartello “solo chi consuma si può sedere” (cosa che non accade nemmeno piazza San Marco a Venezia) morale della favola non torneremo mai più!! Con il senno di poi ci saremmo dovute alzare e andarcene tutte ma siamo rimaste allibite da un comportamento tale! Rudeness and rudeness! Molto buone anche le mezzalune salate con numerose farciture. Pieno di prodotti artigianali. Ogni anno ordino diversi torroni e panettoni da regalare a parenti ed amici che mi fanno fare figuroni! Locale storico di Fano. Rich and tasty aperitifs. The pastas are fabulous, in particular I love the one with pink icing, the one with coffee and the Chantilly one. The salty crescents with numerous fillings are also very good. Full of handcrafted products. Every year I order several nougats and panettone to give to relatives and friends who make me look great! A	Alessandro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ delusione completa, conosco questa pasticceria dal 2006, ed all'epoca faceva la differenza, a distanza di anni e soprattutto nell'ultimo anno ha diminuito notevolmente la qualità delle paste con la crema, anche la grandezza risulta dimezzata mentre il prezzo ha raggiunto 1,40 euro al pezzo, tenuto conto che un bignè è poco più grande di un mignon come si può notare dalla foto allegata.....crema chiaramente percettibile, priva di sostanza, pasta bignè ridotta al minimo accettabile..... "bravi" e furbi, continuate così, prima o poi la gente se ne accorge "signori proprietari" tanti sorrisi (tipico della ipocrisia fanese) e poca sostanza...ovviamente sconsiglio questo posto a chi cerca qualità... complete disappointment, I have known this pastry shop since 2006, and at the time it made the difference, after many years and especially in the last year the quality of the pastas with cream has considerably decreased, even the size is halved while the price has reached 1, 40 euros per piece, taking into account that a cream puff is a little larger than a mignon as you can see from the attached photo ..... clearly perceptible cream, without substance, puff pastry reduced to an acceptable minimum ..... Le creme sono di alta qualità, le brioche fresche e fragranti. I salati sono freschi e con una buona farcitura. L'aperitivo è più che ricco, basta quasi per una cena. Ho apprezzato che portino un piatto a persona, lo valuto come un'attenzione particolare verso le regole anti-Covid. Il locale è storico, caldo e accogliente. Il personale gentile. Si trova facilmente il parcheggio. Ottimo in tutto! "Il Caffè del pasticciere" is an institution. Going there means "playing and winning easy"! Both sweet and savory products are excellent. The creams are of high quality, the brioches fresh and fragrant. The savory ones are fresh and with a good filling. The aperitif is more than rich, almost enough for a dinner. I appreciated that they bring one dish per person, I value it as a particular attention to the anti-Covid rules. The place is historic, warm and welcoming. Friendly staff. Parking is easy to find.
